To Our Valued Clients and Friends:
Given the changing circumstances relative to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want to do our part to implement social distancing in preventing the virus from spreading.
While we continue to work remotely to service your tax and accounting needs, we have closed our offices to visitors effective March 23, 2020. We respectfully request that you use one of the following options to get your information to us:
· Placing data in the drop boxes located at the main entrance of our  Harrisonburg and Franklin locations. The drop boxes are available 9 am - 4 pm, and are actively monitored by our staff.

· Via our private portal system (Client Login).

· Via USPS, FedEx, etc.
      · Harrisonburg office: 209 N. High Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22802
      · Franklin office: P.O. Box 399 Franklin, WV 26807 or 460 N. Main Street, Franklin, WV  26807
If your tax return is currently in process, we will be in contact with you to arrange for delivery of your completed returns, with the following options:
· Via mail service
· Via secure email
· Via our private portal system
For our clients who visit our offices on a routine basis for payroll and accounting services - we will be in contact with you individually to arrange for your continued, uninterrupted services.
As always, we are available via phone or email to address any of your needs.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we make adjustments required of us by local, state, and national officials.
